§ 1 Scope and provider

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Silvio Kahl – Die SAP-SchulungsExperten, Gniebendorfer Straße 8, 06688 Weißenfels, Germany (the “Provider”) and customers of the platform zsk-plugins.com. The offer is addressed exclusively to businesses (§ 14 German Civil Code) and public-law entities. Contracts with consumers are excluded.

§ 2 Subject matter

The Provider supplies digital plugins (e.g. for Moodle, Confluence, Jira, SAP) for download. The scope of functions is defined in the respective product description on the website.

§ 3 No legal advice

The Provider’s offerings do not constitute legal advice. No warranty is given for the completeness or legal soundness of results generated by the tools.

§ 4 User responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for consequences arising from the use of the software provided.

§ 5 Conclusion of contract and payment

Product presentations on the website are not binding offers. By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer. Access is usually granted immediately after ordering. Payment is by invoice, due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

§ 6 Licence

The customer receives a simple, non-transferable right to use the purchased plugins for internal business purposes. Redistribution or commercial exploitation without written consent is prohibited.

§ 7 Limitation of liability

Liability is unlimited in cases of intent or gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breach of essential contractual obligations and foreseeable, typical damage.

§ 8 Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is the Provider’s registered office for merchants and public-law entities.
