ZSK Termine – Centralized appointment management for Moodle

Important dates are an essential part of any Moodle platform. Exams, training sessions, registration deadlines, office hours, and events need to be communicated reliably. In practice, however, this information is often scattered across various locations—such as the Moodle calendar, forums, HTML pages, PDFs, or emails.

This leads to duplicate maintenance, conflicting information, and unnecessary inquiries. Users often do not know where to look for the latest schedule updates, while administrators and course managers are forced to update the same event in multiple places.

"ZSK Termine" provides a centralized scheduling management system for Moodle. Events are created once and can then be displayed exactly where users look for them: on the dashboard, the home page, under "My Courses," and—using the optional "ZSK Termine" course activity—directly within a specific course.

This establishes a single, central source of data. Changes or cancellations need to be made only once to ensure the information is up to date everywhere.

Permission settings allow the task of managing events to be delegated to appropriate staff members without granting full administrator rights. Optionally, the plugin can automatically notify users of new events or reminders and integrate with external calendar and communication systems. Features
